Destination

Intended outcome

Connect supported Zapier apps while keeping the qualification rule and Google Ads destination visible.

Connection scope

Zapier supplies the upstream trigger. App availability, trigger timing, task usage, and field access depend on your Zapier plan and connected apps.

What the connection does

## Choose which Zapier events to send to Google Ads.

01

### Receive Zapier events

Bring the selected upstream app payload into Adscriptly through a mapped webhook payload or a Zapier workflow you control.

02

### Filter the Zap payload

Apply the business rule that separates a raw trigger from the qualified outcome Google Ads should receive.

03

### Include supported attribution

Map the captured click identifier or other supported conversion fields from the upstream app into the Adscriptly payload.

04

### Review the Google Ads output

Choose the Google Ads account and conversion action, inspect the mapping, and test the external handoff before enabling it.

Setup

## Set up and test the Zapier event route.

1. 01

   ### Choose a Zapier trigger

Start with the Zapier app event that represents the business outcome you want to route.
2. 02

   ### Send a test payload

Use Zapier or your webhook sender to deliver representative fields, including click identifier and event time when attribution depends on it.
3. 03

   ### Map the qualification rule

Choose the field condition and test both passing and rejected samples. Keep records that do not meet the rule out of the advertising signal.
4. 04

   ### Review the Google Ads destination

Confirm the conversion action, account, event time, and value rule before the external handoff is enabled.

Connection controls

Integration FAQ

## Before you connect.

How does the Zapier Google Ads integration work in Adscriptly?+

Adscriptly receives a mapped Zapier event through a webhook or Zapier, applies the configured rule, and prepares the eligible outcome for the selected Google Ads destination.

What must Zapier send?+

The payload must include the event fields used for qualification and a stable event identifier. When click-level attribution is required, it must also include the supported identifier captured before the handoff.

Does this page describe the Google Ads actions inside Zapier?+

It describes a Zapier-to-Adscriptly-to-Google-Ads conversion path. It does not document or replace every Google Ads action offered directly by Zapier.

Does Adscriptly change records in Zapier?+

No. This route receives the mapped event for qualification and delivery. It does not edit the source record, workflow, audience, catalog, or storefront configuration.
