Data Deletion Instructions for Adscriptly

HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

Adscriptly allows you to delete your account and all associated data. Below are the available methods depending on how urgently you need your data removed.

1. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION (30-DAY RETENTION)

When you cancel your Adscriptly account:
- Your account is scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access until that date
- 30 days after cancellation takes effect, all your data is permanently and automatically deleted from our systems
- This includes: profile data, advertising platform connections, campaign data, conversion data, CRM integrations, call recordings, agent configurations, and all associated logs

To cancel your account:
  1. Log in to your Adscriptly dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Account"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

The 30-day retention window allows you to reactivate your account if you change your mind. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

2. IMMEDIATE DATA DELETION (SAME-DAY)

If you need your data deleted immediately without the 30-day retention period:
  1. Delete your account through Dashboard > Settings
  2. Email support@adscriptly.com with the subject line "Immediate Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. Our team will process same-day deletion of all your data

3. FACEBOOK/META DATA DELETION

If you signed up for or logged into Adscriptly using Facebook Login and want to delete the data we received from Meta:
  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Click "Apps and Websites" under Permissions
  3. Find Adscriptly and click "Remove"
  4. Additionally, follow Step 1 or Step 2 above to delete all data from our platform

Alternatively, email support@adscriptly.com with subject "Meta Data Deletion Request" and we will delete all Meta-obtained data within 24 hours and confirm via email.

4. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

When your data is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Account information (name, email, company details)
- Connected advertising platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- CRM integration data and connections
- Conversion tracking data and configurations
- Call recordings and transcripts
- AI agent configurations and optimization history
- All activity logs and analytics data

5. DATA WE MAY RETAIN

We may retain limited data after deletion only when required by law:
- Financial transaction records (as required by tax regulations)
- Security audit logs (as required by compliance obligations)

Such retained data is kept in anonymized form where possible and deleted when the legal retention period expires.
