Booked Meeting Agent

The Booked Meeting Agent tracks calendar bookings from scheduling tools and uploads them to Google Ads as offline conversions. When a lead books a meeting through Calendly or Google Calendar, Adscriptly links it back to the original ad click.

How It Works

  1. Connect your calendar or scheduling tool to Adscriptly
  2. When a prospect books a meeting, Adscriptly captures the event details and attendee information
  3. The agent matches the booking to a Google Ads click using email address or GCLID
  4. The meeting is uploaded to Google Ads as an offline conversion

Setup

Connect your calendar

Go to Settings → Integrations and connect Calendly or Google Calendar via OAuth.

Create a meeting conversion action

From the Conversions dashboard, click “Add New Conversion Type” and select Booked Meeting.

Configure event filters

Choose which calendar events should count as conversions. You can filter by event type, calendar, or other criteria.

Set a conversion value

Assign a monetary value to booked meetings. See the Calculating Conversion Value guide.

Why Track Meetings

A booked meeting is a much stronger buying signal than a form fill. By uploading meeting bookings as conversions, you teach Google’s Smart Bidding to optimize for leads who are serious enough to schedule time with your team — not just those who fill out a form and disappear.

Tip

If you use both form submissions and booked meetings, assign a higher conversion value to meetings. This tells Google Ads that a meeting is a stronger signal than a form fill.
