CRM Activity Agent
The CRM Activity Agent connects your CRM to Google Ads and automatically uploads pipeline stage changes as offline conversions. When a lead moves to a qualified stage in your CRM, Adscriptly sends that signal back to Google Ads so Smart Bidding can optimize for leads that actually convert into customers.
How It Works
- Connect your CRM to Adscriptly (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, or GoHighLevel)
- Choose which pipeline stages or deal statuses represent a qualified conversion
- Adscriptly monitors your CRM for leads that reach those stages
- When a lead matches, the conversion is uploaded to Google Ads with the original GCLID and lead data

Setup
Connect your CRM
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your CRM via OAuth. Adscriptly uses Nango to securely manage the connection.
Create a CRM conversion action
From the Conversions dashboard, click “Add New Conversion Type” and select CRM Activity.
Map pipeline stages
Select the CRM pipeline stages that should trigger a conversion upload. For example, you might choose “Qualified Lead” or “Proposal Sent” as your conversion trigger.
Set a conversion value
Assign a value to each CRM conversion. See the Calculating Conversion Value guide.
Tip
Data Matching
The agent matches CRM records to Google Ads clicks using:
- GCLID — if captured and stored in your CRM
- Email address — hashed and sent via enhanced conversions for leads
- Phone number — additional matching signal
